Cody's Animation Station - A nice selection of cartoon gifs...plenty of Beavis and Butthead, Cinderella and Prince, Pink Panther with Sax, Calvin without Hobbes, a California Raisin...the usual suspects.

Index of Animated Gifs - Not alot of cartoon clip art here, but there is an honorable mention for all you Beavis and Butthead fans.

#1 Free clip art - This is a large clip art site, with some web graphics under the cartoon heading. Especially on the money is the thing under the bed.

ibrowse -Very high quality animated gifs that include Opus (of Bloom County), Renn and Stimpy, Smokey the Bear, Sonic the Hedgehog, Daffy Duck, Jeannie (yup, the little dancing one from the begining of the show), the guys from South Park, and a not very nice planet from The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy. All told, there are 133 so far at this site.

Cartoon Archive - A collection of well known, but hard to find characters such as Mutley from the Whacky Races, Asterix and Obelix, and 2 Stupid Dogs. In addition to the regular clipart, there are also coloring book drawings of Tarzan, Donald Duck, and Goofy.

Inspiration Point - A big collection of cartoon clip art that mostly focus on sports, talents and music with a page of patriotic themes thrown in. Many feature members of the Disney family, the Warner Bros Stable, the House of Pooh and the Peanuts Tribe. You will also find Betty Boop, Barbie, and Krusty the Klown.
