The cartoon clipart images used here are either used under "fair use" to give you an idea of what is at a site or is used under license from Clipart.com, which is an excellent source for images of all kinds. I highly recommend them.

Gifart.com is my top-rated site, is one of the largest clipart sites online and the clip art is just beautiful! Many of the images could be classified as "cartoon clip" simply because of the fun style of most of the art. This is a subscription site and the clipart is royalty-free and copyright-safe.

Clipart.com - This is a large selection of high-quality images with over 18,000 results returned for the search term "cartoon clipart" but there is almost any type of clip art you need here as well. It's a subscription service but it's well worth the price - I've been a member for years - and the images can be used on a commercial site. The images are all online so you get instant access and the nice thing is that there are many different styles of art to choose from as you can see in this screen capture from one of their pages.

JAC Clipart Archive - Here are a whole slew of well and not so well known characters. There's Bambi and Thumper, Sylvester the Cat, Lucy and Charlie Brown, a whole classroom of Barts--in fact all of the Simpsons and their neighbors are here, Dancing Bears (ala the Grateful Dead), BooBoo Bear and Sharkey the Shark Dog, Itchy and Scratchy, Calvin and Hobbes, Mickey Mouse and lots of other Disney Characters.

Millanimations - This site has all original animated gifs and there's something for anyone. Maybe you're in the mood for Spiderman and Spiderma'am ,or how about a little clay animation with Alien Dance. This is the kind of site you can get lost in 'til the cows come home .

Cartoon Clipart! - Here is a site loaded with original clipart by Jeff Bucchino (The Wizard of Draws). These are slick, colorful cartoons that include a T-Rex, a unicorn with a castle, a whale, a movie reel and a presidential mouse pad.

Texas Lady Graphics - All sorts of bright web graphics...there are even a few celebrities...Garfield and Odie, Snoopy and Woodstock, Tweety Bird, Taz and Buggs Bunney, the Pink Panther, Hello Kitty, and Hobbs, Chilly Willy, Pac Man and...Felix the Cat!.
